4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

A contract is formed only when payment has been authorized and RMPC confirms the order.

If payment has already been collected, any cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Applicable GST, QST, shipping charges, environmental fees, and other applicable charges will be calculated during checkout.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, RMPC reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

6. Payment

Payment must be received and successfully authorized before shipment.

RMPC may use third-party payment processors to process transactions securely.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only.

RMPC is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs authorities
Weather conditions
Labour disruptions
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Unless otherwise required by law, RMPC's return and exchange eligibility is governed by its published Return Policy.

Products returned for reasons other than defect or warranty service may be subject to restocking fees where permitted by law.

Custom-built systems, special-order products, and opened software may not qualify for return except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any legal rights available to consumers under Quebec law.

9. Legal Warranty (Quebec Consumers)

For consumers located in Quebec, all goods sold by RMPC are subject to legal warranties provided under the Civil Code of Québec and the Consumer Protection Act.

Products must:

Be fit for their intended purpose;
Be durable for a reasonable period considering their nature and price;
Correspond to their description;
Be free from hidden defects.

Any manufacturer warranty or RMPC warranty is provided in addition to, and not in replacement of, any legal warranty rights available under applicable law.

10. Limited Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise specified, RMPC custom-built computers include a limited hardware warranty covering defects in workmanship and assembly.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Physical abuse
Liquid damage
Electrical surges
Unauthorized modifications
Improper installation
Accidental damage
Software issues caused by third parties

Warranty periods are disclosed on applicable product pages or invoices.

11. Data and Software

Customers are responsible for backing up all data before service, repair, or warranty work.

RMPC is not responsible for loss of files, software, configurations, accounts, or data.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law;
Attempt unauthorized access to website systems;
Interfere with website operations;
Upload malicious software or harmful code.

RMPC may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, graphics, images, text, branding, designs, and software, remains the property of RMPC or its licensors.
