Refund policy

All products sold are shipped fully insured and 100% guaranteed to arrive in fully functional condition and as described. If a product arrives damaged, non-functional, or otherwise not as described, you may return it for a full refund.

All new PCs include a 1-year parts and labor warranty. If any component fails within this time period, please reach out to us directly for servicing. 

We do not offer an extended warranty for any used or open box products beyond our 14-day return period. However, we are always happy to offer free support and troubleshooting for all products.
